I recently received a permanent ban on my VALORANT account and already contacted Riot support through the official ticket system. They answer that it’s right and closing the ticket instant…
However, I am absolutely certain that I have never used cheats or any third-party software that modifies the game. Because of this, I believe there may have been a false positive detection from Vanguard.
I have been playing Riot Games for over 10 years and spend so much money in these games. This situation is very confusing and frustrating for me. At the time of the supposed detection I was even playing with a friend and performed worse than him in the match, which makes the cheating accusation even harder for me to understand.
Support is not helping me.
