Frozen during boot
question
I was playing World of Warcraft and I started to lose sounds, then effects and finally it froze completely ultimately giving me just a black screen. I forced a restart and it frozen at the splash screen. Rebooting again and pressing escape would just freeze. Hard restart and chose previous version. Which got me into the OS. I ran the “ujust update” command and was able to press escape and it froze here(screen shot).
I rolled back again and tried to update again and got a little further and it failed while doing something related to Bluetooth.
Im able to get into os selecting the previous version but every time I try and update it freezes during boot. SMART data & Self-Tests says the disk is ok, results attached.
Any help in troubleshooting is greatly appreciated
