Riot Support/Submitting ticket

I submitted a ticket for a hacked account, and Riot seems not to care to reply. So I sent an email, even though I keep getting an email saying “How was your ticket with Riot?” right after, even though I didn’t get any response.
Can someone tell me about their experience with Riot support tickets and how long they actually take to respond?
