Game Crush and when I open it again nothing happens

I tried a lot of things like opening it as admin or opening it from launcher, but it just open and starting but it stop and nothing happens and can't minimize it or anything, just stuck and not responding (image in game before it close)
So game asks me to quit at first after that I can't open it again until I restart the device :((? my english is bad but I think you get it
