Botting

Botting is a real issue again because people are not just setting the program to avoid afk detection by moving but they are getting active when people are reporting just had this happen. Guy even talked a bit in chat and voice and was obviously throwing/botting. Had a teammate on live support and was just told that we would get RR back. What if riot "doesnt think he is cheating or botting" and i do not get it back? Even if I do I was stuck in a game that we were winning at one point 4v5 and had to deal with the mental strain of that its annoying and should not happen makes me not want to play an otherwise really fun good game I am sure some dev's are in here can we please figure out a better system than just returning rr especially before an act is over.
