Cloudflare Workers Build Token not functional; Also cannot assign account-level api tokens to Worker

Build failed: Your build is configured with a build token that belongs to a user who has left your organization. This token is no longer valid and cannot be managed by other members.
To fix: Go to your Worker > Settings > Builds > API token, select or create a new build token, and retry the build.
To prevent this in the future: Have a Super Admin create the Worker so an Account Owned Token can be provisioned instead of a user-owned token.
