Casting/mirroring my phones Minecraft bedrock to bazzite. Via cable or WiFi?

As title really. I'm getting super fed up of windows. I've used bazzite a lot over the past couple of years. But I've never found a RELIABLE way of playing bedrock. Which I play all the time. The bedrock launcher works great. Most the time. But updates can take weeks sometimes before I'm able to play with friends again. My ideal solution would be to have my phone just cast or mirror or run via usb straight to my Rog ally with bazzite. Has anyone got any ideas? I tried a few options over the past year or so. Sunshine/moonlight only works device to phone not phone to device for example.
