Project Still Restricted After Billing Cycle Reset (Egress Quota)

My project was restricted due to exceeding the Fair Use Policy limits (Egress).
However, my new billing cycle has already started, and I understand that usage limits should reset at the beginning of the new cycle. Despite this, my project is still restricted and continues to return 402 errors, making it unable to serve requests.
I have already checked that there are no outstanding invoices or payment issues on my account.
Could you please investigate why the restriction has not been lifted and help resolve this
