Login issues: Not receiving 2FA email

Hello everyone,
I haven't played for a while. I'm trying to log into my account, I have my username and password, then comes the 2FA, the email address is correct, but I'm not receiving an email.
I would like to submit a ticket, but to do that I would need to log in, and I can't.
