Banned until im Dead

For many years now i have been playing Valorant but due to my pc being low end i keep disconnecting and crashing (sometimes) and i dont know why but i have played in 1-3 months now but when i came back then queued unrated again and i crashed for 1 round i got permanently banned (i love this account because it has been with me for a long time)
