My card was charged about $5 for R2/payment verification, but there is no invoice in Billing, Invoices and documents. Please confirm whether this was a temporary preauthorization hold or a captured payment.
If this was a temporary preauthorization hold, When can I receive? I just asked the bank and they said they haven't received any funds yet and I can't file an expense report because there's no basis for it.
