Valorant stuck on loading screen after agent select

hello, incase you didnt read the title, I am having an issue where after agent select, my game wont load into the match
Here is everything i have done and their results
1. Game is/has not ever been on an HHD
2. Uninstall/reinstall both valorant and vanguard
3. I have done win+r %localappdata% scrolled to VALORANT and deleted the config file and sometimes the entire save file (please note that this has SOMETIMES fixed the issue, but its pretty inconsistent)
4. Task manager+ending everything riot related accept vanguard (this is the first thing i try, sometimes it works, again its incosisten, and then if it doesnt work i will try 3)
5. Set my game to windowed fullscreen
6. Disable full screen optimization
7. Running ad administrator
8. Etc etc etc
Im not sure, but if anyone is asking, the default resolution is set to a really high thing (like 3k by 1900 or smth) and idk but it may be messing with this

I really want to start playing comp again with my brother but i dont want to get banend since my acc is worth…money
