Speech Dispatcher for KDE bazzite
question
I was looking at text to speech features for PDF readers and found out that they rely on the distro speech services. I found that bazzite gnome use a service called speech dispatcher, but I installed the KDE desktop versione and the service does not appear on CTL dash. Is there a speech service for bazzite KDE and if yes which is it?
