Riot won't let me open any games

This has been happening for a fews days now it seems and the first time I was able to troubleshoot it by ending the task through task manager as suggested but then the next update comes around and I'm having the problem all over again and it seems like it isn't being fixed at all when I end all riot tasks, restart my pc, nor restart the client
