would like some help from staff, i got banned and would like help

so today i was in a custom with my friend and i was messing around with infinite abilities and i got banned mid game.
for using third party softwares that may have revealed secret riot info such as location on minimaps.
but this isnt the case! im a silver 3 who just hit his peak a day ago right before the act reset. it took me months.
The only applications i use/used to use if that counts
v2 crosshair
raw accel
custom curve
razer synapse
medal tv
and thats about it other than opera gx which is always open along with brave browser
So thats the deal and ive been HWID banned by vangaurds anticheat but i really am not a cheater, it says player reports and gameplay analysis but if you analyse my gameplay im a pro whiffer, and i have the unluckiest valo timing ever. really no cheats at all. could i please get some help here.
