Migrations Failed due to IO error?

After updating to server version

v2.6.1

v2.6.1

(and

v2.6.0

v2.6.0

), migration fails when trying to start the Immich server. I've provided all of the logs after starting the stack, I've provided the server & postgress logs below.

I'm not sure what's going on here, I've tried making sure the file & folder permissions were correct (they are) and I don't know much else to look for
