Permanent Ban Twice

I have recently got a new PC and been banned again. I am not sure what is triggering Vanguard, but I don't use any cheats or anything. I have been falsely banned, and plus, I recently bought a new bundle and skins. Why would I cheat?? Please, someone from the staff help me.
