Crossed-check duplicates?

Hi all
I have a lot of duplicates on immich, and I've seen that external libraries and upload are not crossed check.
I was just thinking about it, is it planed?
If I "clean" myself external library, or uploads, to remove duplicates, what job do I have to start to "clean" the database?
