What the hell is this update?

No idea of why but after this update releasing this agent. In unrated, everyone have just had it way easier to run&gun and then even know exactly where others are hiding (the players knowing where everyone are hiding, are usually playing Raze, nothing because of Sova/Cypher-radars or similar).
I do wonder, has some Xray-program been added aside from this random feature to spray way easier while running?
