Bazzite-gnome-deck, latest AM5 and 9070xt. Basically, when I have both display port connectors plugged, in one of them going through an adapter to my TV and the other going to my display game. The gamescope session always freezes on some frame of the splash screen logo as steam starts up.
I can use control alt F4 to get a console and reboot and I can always SSH in, but basically something is barfing with the displays or GPU. This recently started happening. It used to work just fine with both plugged in all the time I used to easily be able to go between desktop and steam gaming mode, which is kind of how I built this machine to function.
Now it’s basically broken, so I’m trying to find a way, but I don’t have to go under the desk every single time I want to change activities.
I think this might be a regression, but I don’t really know how to test it because I don’t know any of the debug tools for this. I’m fairly technical, but I just don’t know the display space very well compared to a developer that works on displays and graphics.
