Advanced Certificate Manager with an internal CA

I have a use case which requires that we use certificates issued by an internal CA for a particular subdomain.
I’d like Cloudflare to be able to manage that for me; meaning I upload my internal CA and its private key, and have Cloudflare reissue the actual edge certificate as needed for me using the CA and key I provided.
Is that something that can be done?
