whenever i try to open valorant/LOL it doesnt allow me it keeps saying "preparing download"

Whenever it says "play" i press it then it says "preparing download" and its just the same process over and over again please its been 4-7 days now ive contacted support and nothing new has come through yet i beg yall if u know the solution tell me ive made a bet with a friend and i need to get it fixed ASAP
