randonly lost access to my account

2 days ago at the start of the act i randomly couldn’t login to my account, i did everything i could even tried reseting apssword but j didnt get an email or anything, never got an email the password got changed so i wasnt hacked, tried contacting support but its already been more than 24 hours with no response
