i got hacked

hi everyone, i was about to log on and play some rounds when i realised that i cldnt log in. the hacker SOMEHOW managed to change my email without notifying me. BUT i did get a notification that they were changing my password.
i even got the device name that logged into my email - i wonder how they got past my 2FA???????
i sent a ticket to RIOT alrdy but i was wondering about the success rate? since i forgot and lost access to the original email i used to create the account - hence i wasnt as to do the account recovery thing…
side note, i used my alt account to look at my hacked acc history and THIS GUY INCREASED MY RANK BY 3 ALREADY
