incessant crashing/freezing/locking up

(extreme linux noob pls exercise patience)
when installing bazzite yesterday, i ended up having lots of issues with the installer and had to do a clean install and get rid of my windows partition. today, the os is pretty much unusable. after installing, i had to rollback to the previous version (i dont really know if it was the kernel or what i just used the rollback thing in the terminal) because the os couldn’t find my wifi. after that, firefox crashes endlessly with no reason (tried reinstalling the flatpak) and the desktop will randomly go black and reboot itself. other times the screen will lock up and i have to hard reboot to fix. i also had the system go to the lock screen without me touching anything and then immediately freezing.
attached are the specs. anything helps, but i am a noob so please be patient with me lol
edit: the wifi also intermittently disconnects and reconnects.
