Fps drops a lot

Im usually get around 280 fps, now im down to 90 with lows of 45 fps
my specs are
cpu: intel i7-8700 3.2Ghz
gpu: gtx 1660 ti
im on windows 10, its always been fine but all of the sudden its very low
other people are also experiencing this issue
can u help me fix pls :(
