We're experiencing a billing issue that has locked us out of our R2 buckets and is preventing us from upgrading our plan.
Here's what's happening:
- Our dashboard shows an outstanding balance of $0.00, seemingly tied to R2 usage.
- When we attempt to complete the payment, nothing happens — likely because the amount is zero and the system doesn't know how to process it.
- Because of this unresolved billing state, we cannot access our R2 buckets, and our files are currently inaccessible.
- We're also unable to upgrade to a Pro plan, as the system requires the pending balance to be resolved first.
We're essentially stuck in a loop: there's a payment we can't make because it's $0, and a service we can't restore or upgrade until that ghost payment is cleared.
