Skins disappearing

Hi guys. My skins disappeared after playing with it for one game. This is absolutely outrageous on valorants side. If anyone wants to hop on call I’ll be glad to explain everything live. IVE submitted multiple tickets. Clarification: I am the original owner of the account who purchased the skins. But my little brother now plays on it. He said that the skins appeared again for one game and then disappeared. I bought the skins in the start of 2025 but it never showed up in game.
