Alternatively, in case the report failed or if you have any kind of additional information, such as screenshot(s) and/or video(s), please contact customer support via the game settings. Refer to FAQ 6.1 in Unknown for further instructions.

Additionally, you can submit a report in #bug-reports in compliance with the channel's pinned instructions.

Some time period of ban or merit cut

First time offenders are let off with a warning.
Second time offenders have 20 merit deducted.
Third time offenders have 50 merit deducted.

So on and so forth.
