Cloudflare Tunnel doesn’t currently support raw TCP connections. If you are looking for a way to secure your Minecraft Server with Cloudflare, you are looking for Cloudflare Spectrum, which is a paid product. Otherwise, I suggest using TCPShield, or getting a Minecraft server from Nodecraft.
