Admin Theme Won't Update

Any special commands I'm missing to figure out why the admin theme won't change? I tried refreshtheme first and then tried slate and both seem to not work on admin side anymore. I cleared cache, ALT F5, cleared browser cache/cookies and still not updating for me. This is on my test panel after updating it to the newest and reinstalling all my extensions. Everything is working other than that admin side.

I mistakenly rebuilt the panel assets while I had Blueprint and extensions installed. Now things are kind of messed up. What can I do?

Nebula Theme: Hangs over the edge of the page

When having a massively long startup command (that should most definitely be a script but be quiet), the docker images div hangs off the page and looks a bit funky. Is there any way to make it a bit more responsive/friendly?
