Cannot unlock more aliens

I've unlocked about 35 aliens so far, but now every time I get a ticket, it unlocks the previous alien used (e.g., if I used heatblast, it'll unlock heatblast), so I can't complete the omnitrix. I've tried exiting the app and reopening it, but it still persists. I'd rather not delete it and re-download it cuz I'd lose progress, so I was wondering if there's a fix to this. Thanks!

Why am I still getting tickets?

I have all of them unlocked but I still get tickets and when I use them it just keeps giving me Gutrot, is this meant to happen?

I'm about to get a Wear OS Smartwatch... but which one is better?

Heya Sizon. I heard about and watched your videos & shorts about your radical and amazing app, Real Aliens. I plan to get it with a Wear OS Smartwatch, and since I'm a huge Ben 10 fan myself having been with the series since its start back in 2005 when it started all the way up to Omniverse and the Reboot, I'll be getting the Real Alien App on it as well. I am having a hard time choosing which one would be better to get after reviewing the incompatible list of watches. Which one would you think is better? I have finalized it down to these two options. When I cover my watch face, it goes darker.

When I cover the face of my watch when I slap it to transform, brightnes of screen goes darker How can I solve this?

What channel is the riddle in

So, I tried looking in all channels to try and find the riddle to solve to unlock more aliens but I can't seem to find it. either I don't have access to that channel or I'm just plain dumb anyone know what channel to look in?

i keep getting spidermonkey everytime i do a dna scan but people are saying new guys like swampfire, spitter, and gutrot got added. do i have to update the app or reinstall it or something?
