Unlike the Candy blossom, everyone has the Bone blossom and 1 thing that made the Candy blossom so good was that its seed was unavailable with only few tens of thousands of holders compared to the millions that play the games
The transcendent seed is literally easier to get than any prismatic being on stock when your in school, work or just asleep.
Ive gotten hold of 6 of the so called transcendent seed IN JUST A WEEK (The event lasts for 2)...
