Is it possible to fit the stream with the box

I had premade an Overlay, put all the necessary areas together but I’m struggling with placing my stream within the black box, is it possible to do so or do I need to create another Overlay?

Overlay not showing in stream

What I am trying to do. I set up a overlay and added it to my active extentions. However its not showing up in my stream. is there somewhere else I need to enable or ? The overlay I am using is the basic orange one. and added my name. Just a simple one to try out. Thanks.

help please

I’m using overlay expert and trying to upload a webm file and running into the same error message over and over. I’ve tried numerous things to fix it. The issue does happen with different webm files. All of the ones I’ve tried are under 10mb. Send help please, I’m trying to start new right with my viewers

No sound for channel redemption alerts.

I set up alerts for some of my channel point redemption however the sound doesn't play. The GIF pops up just fine but there's no sound. Any guess on why my sounds don't play when the GIF alert pops up? I also have sub, follower, raid, bits etc alerts that all work with sound without issues. I'm stumped on why my channel points redemption sounds don't work.

Twitch Alerts On Overlay Expert

Twitch now has its own alert builder. I have made alerts with this builder and copied the browser source into overlay expert and my alerts do not work. I'm unsure why. Any help would be great. Thanks

“account already associated” caused two problems…

Ok first, I had spent 24$ on an overlay package and when I try to link my socials this message came up saying “account already associated” so I logged out and logged back in and then I noticed that my purchased overlay package was gone and now it’s was trying to make me buy it all over again… I sent an email to support and I’m waiting to hear back. Second, I’m currently created and editing a whole new overlay and I notice that every time I try to add my socials it says “account already associated”. I don’t understand. It says that “your accounts may have different emails” but I only just started using this today 😦 I have no idea what this thing is talking about but I need help....

Why aren't my channel point redemptions updating on Overlay Expert

Hello, I am trying to create an event for when a channel point redemptions happen. My issue is my new channel point redemptions aren't available in the drop down. I have signed out, removed the extension, created a whole new overlay and restarted my PC. I am still unable to get it to mimic my current channel point redemptions from my twitch. My options are from old channel point redemptions, some which i don't even have anymore. Any help on this would be great. I use Chrome...

Twitch Chat overlay for Xbox

i've been trying for hours now. I've been wanting to overlay the Twitch chat to my Xbox streams, but when it's activated, the stream keeps stopping or going completely black with background audio. Am I doing something wrong? How do I view my game AND the overlay chat on my streams? Could I have a step by step tutorial?

Overlay stays on, and I don't want it on.

I used this for my streams on xbox, but don't want it for pc while I use obs. I've noticed that it stays on and I have to manuall disable it each stream. I deleted my overlays and the overlay is still there. I want to completely unlink and delete my account but there are no optionson the website.

Won't save overlay due to error

OVERLAYTYPE VALIDATION FAILED: PANELS.4.TRANSITION.SPEECH.RATE: PATH RATE (25) IS LESS THAN MINIMUM ALLOWED VALUE (50). #designs can someone help me understand what i need to do, in order to correct this error? Thank you in advance....
