Why can't I or my viewers see my overlay over my stream?

If you or your viewers cannot see your overlay over you stream, try the following: 1. overlay problem!

Ok so ive made my overlay and stuff and i might be wrong saying this but I've heard you can use them on console streams (i made mine on twitch extensions). Ive pent ages trying to figure this out after saving it and looked at many videos but i cant get ti to work on my ps5 stream, any ideas why?...

Cant add animated or video GFX

If i have my own personal GFX that are animated, how do i upload them to overlay expert? I have some files ending in ".mov" but they wont upload to overlay expert.

No Tip alert or way to set up notification

Hi! The Cerulean static theme has a facecam and stream overlay with a “$” that I assumed was for tips, however when I try to set up tip notifications for the stream there’s no option to do so. Is this something that can be fixed or does stream overlay not have this setup?

overlay activation issue

Hello, I purchased a overlay template from overlay expert for my twitch channel. For some reason when i try to activate overlay expert as overlay 1 it wont work. I attached pictures of how my screen looks when i try to activate overlay expert. My screen tends to load forever and never activates overlay, I have tried this process on my twitch mobile app and through my desktop twitch version, but it still doesn’t work. follow alert fading in and out

I'm trying to make an alert for new followers by using an alert gif I have as the background, but every time I test it out, the alert will constantly fade in and out. I tried increasing the display ms but it just makes it fade at higher intervals. I'm not sure how to fix it. I want it to be completely solid as the alerts going since the gif I have already has an in and out animation.

Do alerts work when using Overlay Expert as a Browser Source in SLOBS?

Don't really know how else to word it other than this. I use Overlay Expert by itself when I'm streaming stuff from my consoles, but i recently started using SLOBS (Streamlabs OBS or Streamlabs Desktop) to get my gaming pc up and running for streaming as well. I have my main overlay in OE set as a browser source; the chat preview there works and live updating the overlay in chrome for follow goals works and updates as well. When I click on some events in the mini-feed to replay those events, nothing happens. I just want to know if I'm going to have to remake all my alerts in slobs or if they'll work as intended....

Duplicate audio heard from an alert when creating an overlay on the website

If I set an audio file for an alert and then click the 'play' button I can hear the audio duplicated. If I am streaming and the alert goes off, the audio is also duplicated. However when I am selecting an audio file and I play it, it plays normally. Where is the duplicate audio coming from? Every time i press edit overlay it says aw snap something went wrong

When I try to change the content thing it says something went wrong and asks me to refresh browser or clear the cache. i have done that but nothing changes.
