How to switch Multiplayer Host?

The only guides I can find are completely outdated. I tried just copying the host's Multiplayer save folder into mine but the saves didn't appear in game (no option to 'continue' as host). Also the player inventory data that we'd have to switch is now hidden somewhere inside a larger zip file.

POI changes?

Haven't played since launch but when I loaded up this time there's no more green dots on the map, I remember one used to be for the 3D printer cave and a few others. do I have to find those locations myself now?

Hello, I can't find my savegames. There is nothing under the specified path.

Can't join hosted server from LAN.

My friends can join and I can join from a VPN, but can't join from LAN. I am hosting the server from my network, but on a different machine. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

is there any command that just spawns in all the note pages so I can finish the achievement? I don't feel like going around the entire map for an hr to find them all.

Is there a way to constantly spawn captured?

As you know, the first time you die, you spawn captured, strung up in a cannibal camp or in a cave. But the second time you die, you're actually dead. Is there a way to constantly spawn captured and remove the death option?

Is it possible to do the infinite / modified zipline bug in multiplayer?

I have seen all the old tutorials and people get it to work in 1.0 singleplayer, but I cannot get it to work in multiplayer. I modify the files according to several tutorials and every time I insert the new ZIP file (SaveData file), the save no longer appears ingame when trying to load the save (after selecting host and continue). Is there a workaround that anyone knows of? Any help appreciated! :KelvinW:

I am about to start my first the forest game and I dont know if I should use mouse and keyboard or controller. Any suggestions? I am comfortable in either one.

I press enter to open the chat but nothing happens, I restarted the game and even tried creative mode, is there something I can do ?
