Ping issue

I have a problem with ping. After connection to the server I playing during 1 minute and kicked for high ping. Im playing later with normal ping at 90-100 on EU servers. Its problem only of battlebit, because in battfield 2042 game im plays with normal ping. Im checked all downloads, region in game and other stats....

RU: Сталкиваюсь с такой проблемой, что кикает каждые 10-30 минут последнюю неделю. Обновлял редистрибутив С++, запускал фикс батник с офф. руководства, проверял файлы игры, переустанавливал полностью игру, запускал фикс в стиме, удалял все файлы с названием EasyAntiCheat, переустанавливал EAC, включал и выключал фаерволл, запускал игру через EAC, менял кфг BBR, чтобы античит установился заново. Даже винду переустановил 😢 . Антивирусов и прочего софта, который бы мог блокировать EAC у меня нету. ENG: Facing such a problem that kicks every 10-30 minutes for the last week. I got unrightfully banned from your game. Want help or 15 euros.

I got banned on the PBS community servers after I played drunk and high on my birthday and had a good game. There were clips made of me, which granted, might look a little fishy, but come from me being intoxicated and on energy drinks. The admins got me banned completley, so you guys must have something to do with it. I did not cheat, hack or exploit. I had the anticheat runnning and find it honestly laughable that clips and not an actual detection can deny me of playing the game, which I payed for. I do not know what to do, but I wont buy the game again to continue playing. I payed for the game, I didn't do anything wrong and I want to continue playing. If the ban stays up, like I said, I wont be coming back to a game where community server admins can get me banned on the basis of some clips. Please get back to me as soon as possible....

Everytime I press the 'exit' button on Battlebit home lobby thing, my laptop screen just freezes.

I can open up other applications on my taskbar, and can pre-view those tabs by hovering my mouse over them, but I cannot actually go on those tabs, because the Battlebit app stays on my screen, completely frozen. I tried to close that Battlebit tab by pressing the X on the top-right, Alt+F4, and even pressing 'Close Window' button on Windows 11 taskbar, but no matter what I do, the Battlebit app is still frozen on my screen. Sorry for the long post, but can someone tell me if it is just my laptop or a game bug, and any solutions/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks....

Endless black screen after death

[RU]Нашёл баг. Когда раунд заканчивается, меня убили, и я зажал пробел. И по окончанию анимации смерти появился чёрный экран, который не пропадал даже при переходе на следующую карту. Чёрный экран пропал только при перезаходе. [ENG]I found a bug. When the round ends, I was killed and I pressed the space bar and at the end of the death animation, a black screen appeared that did not disappear even when moving to the next map. The black screen disappeared only when re-entering....

Reshade

is reshade allowed or will i be banned? i do not see anything mentioning game modifications/injections in the rules. i want to make my game look nicer by adding screen space reflections, ambient occlusion and mess with tonemapping, but im worried that i might get banned. it dosnt allow for cheats or anything, just makes things look nicer...

Game says i have network issues and stops working

5 minutes after i join a server my game says i have network issues(Red network label on the left side of screenshot). This happens on every server i join. I can still move in the server but everything around me is moving but i can't shoot anything.

Kibble is a points system available on the [BBC] Bob’s BattleBit Community servers. Kibble is earned by getting killstreaks, revives, playtime, completing Bob’s Challenges, etc… Kibble can be used for buying various in game tags that show up next to your name, setting bounties on other players with the !bounty command, or you can just save it up and try to become #1 on the kibble leaderboard. :airforcesbob:

Hello, I had my account hacked by some Chinese person and after recovering my account I went to the game and it was informing me that my account had been banned, I'm Brazilian and I also play CS2, there were some skins there and what a change Chinese people sent me links for me to click and I accidentally clicked on one of them, I think I was infected there. and after that the person harmed me.

high ping

Сервера Европы, когда выбираю их пишет пинг 50-60, захожу на сервер и сталкиваюсь с тем что либо выкидывает с сервера, либо появляется высокий пинг в случайный момент игры. Интернет соединение стабильно, бот не отвечает.
