Ban Appeal
I can’t play anymore with everything greyed out and I cant even see the reason why I got banned or how long I’m banned or if I’m even banned at all. I’m a legit player and honestly just want get back to playing as soon as possible. Please look into unbanning me I will read over the TOS

Можете помочь мне с этой проблемой? Вечные поиски сервера, вечные получения данных или dllc. Я сбрасывал сеть, нажимал на античит, отключал все приложения, менял ДНС сети. Не работает. У меня 5 минут грузит сервера в поиске, а при нажатии - не подключает.
Как это решить? Только вчера купил игру, поиграл 20-30 минут, и с того момента эта проблема. Очень портит впечатление...
Internet issues with Battlebit
I have been consistently getting kicked from every server I join because I was disconnected from the server. I have had no other issues with any other game/app on my computer other than battlebit. I have a low ping, and a strong connection even when it says I have a bad connection to servers. I have only recently started to have this issue in the past week or so. plz help I'm dumb

Whenever I boot up the game on steam it for some reason just zooms in like crazy and I can’t fix it I’ve restarted like a thousand times and I’ve reinstalled it too
Frame Spikes
Is this normal behavior frametime spikes when idle in shoting range? System : OS Win 10 22H2 19045.4170 CPU : AMD 5800x3d GPU : 3060ti Ram : 3200 16gb ( 2 x 8gb ) cl16 SSD NVME: 970 Evo Plus ! No vsync or something. frames are uncapped and the frame spikes coming in faster interval. if i change to capped frames to 144 the frame spikes takes longer inverval.
Solution:
can be closed : just shooting range curse this interval framespikes
Missing skins
So i watched and redeemed all the rewards in the christmas event but it seems to not have counted the RPK. I have every skin but the RPK even though i redeemed it and it shows that i did.
I havent asked for help until now because i just thought it would fix itself (spoiler: it didnt)...
