Zipped Resourcepack Issue

So basically when I have my resourcepack as unzipped and as a folder, it works perfectly fine. When I zip it (correctly with only the files not the parent folder) it loads in the game and then when you try to load it it says "resource reload failed".

Music plugin

Does anyone know if there is a server music plugin for paper 1.20.4 that plays normal music (no noteblock songs) in the background, that isn't bound to a region. Just like a looping playlist that plays a couple of songs that can be turned on/off. Its fine to add the music in a resourcepack, but I do need some kind of plugin that plays music in the background. Much like Wynncraft but not region bound.

ideas to make the server more active?

i am hosting a Vanilla+ or semi modded SMP For about 15 - 30 players where everyone has his own base and there is shops etc the server still gives the vanilla feel meaning there is no claims and this stuff...

How to get working trial chambers in an older world?

Hi, my server's world was initially created in 1.18. We've been wanting trial chambers, so I re-generated some areas using Worldedit, to generate the chambers. However, we found that the spawners were inactive. If I used a spawn egg on them, I could make them active again, but they were only single use, instead of the 30min cooldown. So then I tried using MCA selector to delete chunks. We went to the deleted areas to generate the trial chambers, and found that some spawners were inactive, others were active. So still not much good. However we just noticed that on my creative mode server, which is also an older world with re-generated chunks, the trial chamber is working properly. So I'm not sure what the trick is to make them all work as they should in vanilla. Any ideas?...

Debug sticks for players good idea?

Hey! I want to give players debug sticks so they can customize their build even further and was wondering if this is a good idea or if players can do some weird stuff with debug sticks which could hurt the server? Its a survival server version 1.21

What would be the best setup for my situation?

Right now I own a proxmox server, and a custom domain name (through cloudflare), and am able to buy a VPS if necesary. My goal is to run a whitelisted but public server (so that no one needs to download a client, though they can download minecraft mods if any of you know how to use modflared, but I can't port forward. 1.21 personal server keeps stalling with spawn area and ultimately can’t connect.

Okay, Imma try this one again but with some pictures to hopefully convey what I am trying to troubleshoot: Basically it was working well a few days ago, but then all of the sudden on 7/30, it can’t even seem to load the world chunks and I keep getting this error message. I tried to follow different methods of fixing it such as updating my version of Java SE, jdk, and jarfix. Likewise rebooting router, adding in RAM via the run.bat, allow java through firewall, although I have not tried the DNS method yet. I’m just tryna make sure im on the right track and am open to any pointers.

TCP Shield not letting me use simple voice chat.

So I run my server through TCP Shield and with the simple voice chat plugin enabled nobody can talk on the server. I am almost 100% certain it is TCP Shield causing the problem and I need help fixing this

How to let ServerReplay record simple voice chat?

I enabled "record_voice_chat" in the ServerReplay config file, and installed replay voice chat when viewing the recordings, but I cannot hear any voice. Players are in a public channel in the simple voice chat if that matters. Documents of ServerReplay mentioned to install replay voice chat when viewing the replay but is it also required on the server side? Does anyone have experience using this mod? Please help!...

Problem with server hosting (sorry if this isn't allowed)

Hosting a forge server on 1.21. Only mod is simpleships. Server works great, other people can join, portforwarding not an issue (promise.) I just can't join on a clinet on the same computer - I get: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/common/collect/Maps$9 I guess it's just using the wrong java? I'm not sure how to solve this though. Please forgive if this isn't allowed here, I'm desperate...

Recommendations for how to create good tutorials for players? (Plugins/Strategy)

I have seen some full custom implementations such as the one for Yomcraft, plugins such as servertutorialplus (Not updated to 1.20.4), and premium plugins like TutorialCreator, but would like to have some recommendations for setups and explanations. One existing thing I do for instanced tutorials is use MythicDungeons, but it still requires the player to right click NPCs instead of having the server handhold and drag their ass around the moment they log in which is what I need. Regarding tutorial philosophy i'm looking for insights for those who have implemented tutorials on their server too. Length, depth, methodology will all be helpful....
