need advice on choosing a host
Im currently making a minecraft survival server having last made one about 5 years, so I am quite rusty at it. The server has 50 plugins, 5 worlds (nether, end, normal world, resource world, and spawn) which are all very big, and i'm looking for it to hold 20-30 players. What is the cheapest host i can get that will be able to run this? Im using a pebblehost budget plan at 10gb (for development since its cheap) and the cpu is holding the tps back as you can expect.

Help me find a plugin
Ok this one is a long shot. I'm looking for a plugin that lets players do things in a server only on thier side.
Lemme elborate. So basically what I want to try to do is make it to where a player can place an item on like a pad to open a portal (so kinda like an altar lol) but this portal only activates for this player.
I know this probably doesnt exist but if it does...can someone tell me of a plugin that could do this?...

I would love to add ambient FX to random places in buildings (e.g. imagine there's a lab & you add a FX to a machine, or there's an automated door & you make it play a FX like an industrial door irl) is there a way to do that? I'm planning to do so in modded platforms.

Local backups from an Oracle VCN?

Looking for new server host
Ok so I just cancelled with shockbyte as it was not the best experience but it's whatever, now I'm looking for a new server hosting site and I'm unsure which ones to go with. I heard good things abt pebblehost, Lilypad, bloom etc. but I just want a second opinion before I buy another one (self-server hosting isn't an option for me)
Auto apply minecraft: prefix to chat commands
On a paper server, command block and datapack commands work fine and as intended, however commands run from chat have non-sensical behavior which I assume is due to paper or a plugin trying to take over

Which Fabric mods and plugins to use for performance
Sorry if any of these sound dumb, I'm new to this.
I'm thinking of getting a host here in my country to play with some friend (probably between 5 and 7), and I want to know of any Fabric mods and plugins that I could install on the server to get a better performance. I thought about installing Paper on it but idk if it's compatible with Fabric.
I want to use the Skins Restorer plugin and either the EasyWhitelist plugin or the EasyAuth mod (if both of them can be used at the same time would be better, but I don't know if that would work)....

trying to host a forge server for friends, getting auth server unreachable error, DNS lookup for mojang auth servers returns a CNAME record for a cloudflare.net address, which in turn has no A or AAAA record.

Has anyone had issues with their servers lagging for a few seconds to a minute anytime someone uses a nether portal? What were your solutions?
Mac book ctrl plus left click issue
When I click on ctrl and left click to run and hit the player, it does a right click instead of left click. Im on a mac, how do I fix this?
