Optimizing Fabric for Public Server or switching to Paper/Pufferfish?

I'm reaching out for some advice regarding our Java Minecraft server, which has been running for over 4 years. Here are some details about our current situation:
- We've used Purpur and Paper throughout our server's history, but recently many players have requested we switch to Fabric due to Paper disabling a lot of redstone and making farming difficult....
Players kicked for packet rate limit
Some players are getting kicked for packet rate limiting, they just log on, and then get kicked, not from the proxy, just the gamemode.
Its probably not a connection problem, since with other accounts they can play normally....
purpur not detecting java version
So, i have java 8, 17 and 21 installed because i play a lot of modded minecraft and need all of them for different versions. Today i tried making a purpur server on my pc but it says that i need java 17 or later, but i have it installed. What do i do now?
Linking litebans to custom website?
Does anyone here know if it's possible to link the litebans appeal forum (https://gitlab.com/ruany/litebans-php/-/wikis/Installation) to a pre-made html website?
E. g. Creating a website in a tool like framer or webflow, exporting the html files and then addigin the litebans form

I need a new Skyblock Plugin
I have been using Superiorskyblock but it doesn’t suit me at all. Many player have come and say every other server is using it. Can someone recommend a good plugin that not many servers are using? Any suggestions help, thanks! :thonk:
Ran the latest build of Folia but when I try to launch the server I got an error message
Error message: "no main manifest attribute, in folia-1.20.6-R0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar"
This build method worked in the past. Do you guys know how to easily install the latest Folia build without running the gradlew build script? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong that's causing this issue with my build.
When I run gradlew I just type "./gradlew build"...
Ryzen CPU server performance
Before I lock into purchasing a new cpu for my dedicated machine, how good do you think a server running off of a Ryzen 9 7950x single core would be? Say for example 10-20 players exploring, would a single core be proficient? Trying to find the best cpu for price performance and how many servers it can host at once, looked at this cpu for its single threaded specs.

IRL Code Redeems?
Hello! I am a soon-to-be server owner for my high school, and it was asked of me that I am able to give people cosmetic prefixes from events and fundraisers. The way I thought this up was to generate and print large batches of codes to redeem. Anyways, that's not the problem.
How would one go about creating a list of codes that can only be redeemed once each and then editing a custom save file of rewards for each user?
This might be more of a plugin-development question, but if anyone has some nice leads I would greatly appreciate....

hi, so i'm planning to host a minecraft server locally and asking people to put in 192.17whatever just seems outdated. i've already got a name in mind that hasn't been sniped by one of those domain ransom companies, is there any real way to host the thingie on my computer without paying someone else to host some random website i don't need?
