I can't link my acc with my discord acc

I can't link my acc with my discord acc, Because I don't receive any emails, I wanted to log in to my old account and I forgot the password. I meant that I couldn't change it because I don't receive any emails, so I had to create a new account and a new Discord account, but I can't link them together for the same problem.

Why does this error appear occasionally?

So basically, whenever the MechaKeys app is opened, occasionally it creates a new window that is shown in the image. Why does it do this? This issue has been happening ever since I switched to v2 (I followed all instructions in #v2-download ) so does that have anything to do with this? I can just delete the tab and resume my day, but does this mean anything at all? Lmk if it does.

so i had mechakeys on my old computer and completed achievments for keycaps and bought soundpacks and now on my new computer i dont have my keycaps. now on my new computer i dont have my soundpacks anymore just the default one. thank you for your time!...
