Problem with connecting to dedicated server after modding
Hi
I'm playing on dedicated server with my friends. Today we decided to install some mods, and I faced problem, that server appears to be offline, while everyone can join. We all are using same mod config ofc, exported from SMM.
Also after restarting server, while I'm in game, I can easily join....
Industrial Evolution Version Solving Failed
Recently, I've noticed that SMM complains when I roll Industrial Evolution back to a prior version due to troubleshooting, saying that my Satisfactory version is "CL368883" and needs to be ">=382498" for the version of IndEv that I want to install.
Thing is, my Satisfactory ("Early Access") version is up to date, so I don't know why SMM thinks my version is "CL368883", and not "CL383729" as displayed in game.
This seems specific to IndEv - none of the other Mods complain about this solving issue....
Solution:
Any
allows any compatible version to be installed (prioritizing newer versions, of course), so when that is selected, Experimental gets whatever old version was still compatible with it, while Stable gets the latest
the game crashes instantly after the load screen.
So I enabled mods and when i tried to launch the game it just crashed after the load screen...
Is there a way to run mods on a dedicated server?
I was going to start a dedicated server through a host and was curious if i could use mods on said server even if i have to do it manually
SnapON bug.
After Dismantle a SNappedON Vanilla Splitter, Merger a 1m Conveyor Belt remains added. (Advanced Logistics Splitter does not leave that belt behind when deleted) Without snapon everything is ok.
PS: i am using a 2.5 offset...

I didn't catch which mods updated this morning, but last night things were working fine, and this morning I get a CTD upon loading my save.
not sure why it keeps crashing
the only thing i can think that's different from me playing today and from before is this is the first time ive tried playing modded satisfactory since i had to reset my pc. and there may be a few different mods but that shouldn't matter since im trying to play a brand new world. the loading up process is fine but when i start a new world it crashes

I really like this mod and I use it on a dedicated server with friends but I have a few problems :
- The camera settings (angle, name etc) are resetting as soon as I disconnect and reconnect
- People cannot see the modifications other people do on their camera so idk if it's a choice or a problem
- Sometimes I get stuck into the camera monitor and have to restart

Custom HUD hide equipment not working
The hide hand equipment and body equipment toggles don't work. I tried a new save, disabling all other mods and a different computer, same issue everywhere. Did anyone else experience problems with the mod or is everythingworking fine for you? @andreaquila

Your build gun primary fire is bound to G, the same as the SS grid snap key. Rebind one of them to something else and it should fix the problem

I just came up with an idea about a useful mid\end-game mod.
So at some point with unlocking dimensional depo and the fact that Spheres are quite common thing versus usage for Depo to built... so most of the time I do not rely on my inventory anymore, I rely on building everything via the Depot...
Therefore when you build stuff and then destroy buildings, it is annoying that these resources clutter up my inventory, especially some low-grade ones, like wire and iron rods, like you built a MAM to quickly look up your hard drive, destroyed it, and voila, you have 3x inventory slots cluttered up with useless (mid\late) game resources. ...
di more glass - randomly? swapping front/back of walls
These were all just stacked on each other, no rotation. but many walls are just randomly backwards and its impossible to tell while building. The third image is even worse, that is a zooped column, a single build gun click. Not only are some backwards randomly but the top one has a black frame + color so that one is only half backwards. @Darkplate

Auto Upload to Dimensional Depot sometimes deletes items
@Andre Aquila <Aquila Industrial> so far this happened with Modular Engines and Packaged Turbofuel. The items vanish from the inventory as expected but don't turn up in the dimensional depot.
I still have to test if this a standalone mod problem or due to a combination of mods.
Just wanted to let you know already before i do my testing in case you may have an idea....

to be overburdened! The limit is 8 but there were 265 items.
This crash tends to happen when joining a multiplayer game with a lot of content. Try removing mods that introduce lots of recipes or schematics (HUB/MAM/shop unlocks) or Mod Savegame Settings. It can sometimes take a while, ex. a certain number of buildings placed or schematics to be unlocked, for the problem to actually appear. FICSMAS recently added a lot more schematics which can make the problem threshold easier to hit. The SML team is trying to find a long-term fix but it's a very complex issue to solve.
