Kill farming isn't allowed right?

I'm in a decently small server, ik XP farming isn't allowed(I think) and stuff but this guy is getting people to die for him so he can get the air crate thingy when you get a certain amount of kills. That's.. not allowed right? he keeps trying to kill me, and is getting his little buddies to help so they can bring me and other people to him so he can kill far

out of curiosity, how many cases are from Tier 5 and 6 Mythic case purchases?

these two don't appear ingame (as far as I'm aware). I can roughly assume how many cases they are worth but I'd just like to know for sure.

Random Ping Spikes

I don't know what's the cause, but recently I've been getting ping spikes on both combat warriors and tsb, only on those 2 games, my game will spike up to 150-180 ms and while it does that other players stop moving and I get dealt a lot of damage, not only that but my hitbox sometimes disappears when I use an m1 after a ping spike, I have no clue what might be causing this or how to solve it but I don't have anything open in the background that could cause these ping spikes and my internet is pretty good a clip of it happening: https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/kOKBAva5H2iBZLM9S?invite=cr-MSx1RUksMjgyODQwMjE&v=26...
