I spent my premium 1000 on 25 spins then 5 spins, but I only was able to spins the 25, not the extra 5 I bought? Is this an ingame bug or Roblox itself.

ingame bug it should of gave you the 25 extra spins
no clue why it did that though i dont think there is much you can do other then file a bug report saying it doesnt give any bonus spins

you're buying 20. the 5 is added onto that
When you buy 20 spins you get an EXTRA +5 with THAT purchase
which will make it 25
which is what you're buying
its 20 + 5 not 25 + 5
