the bot doesn't give the reward roles

Hello ! I searched for an answer to my question but I didn't find it ! i'm sorry if this has already been asked, i'm not a native English speaker, i don't understand everything the bot doesn't give the level roles to the members! however it sends a message to say that they have level up , but it doesn't give them the reward role, how to do it?I looked at the documentation and did what was said and once it gives them the superior role, will it take away the inferior role?...

The level up message - not working

Hello, I have problems with the level up message. My configuration is: Custom channel (channel). When someone levels up, they just don't send any messages. I already tried changing it to DM or the same channel, but it still doesn't work....

XP bar color not showing up when using rank.

For some reason, the XP bar is just gray and isn't showing up. I have the color to a hex code (#6082b6) and it still doesn't work. Keep in mind I only saw this start to happen after I changed the color. See the image below.

Daily Top XP Role

Hello! I was pinged in an update message, however the problem is still not fixed. The bot only adds me to the top XP role and nobody else. Even though I have no XP for my owner role. Please help diagnose and fix. I want it to exude me and hand out the role to a general member every day but it hasn’t seemed to work

Gaining XP suddenly stopped working

Hey awesome support! I've been using Pepemanager for a long time now, and it always worked perfectly. But for some reason nobody is gaining xp all of a sudden. I'm not sure when it stopped working, because it took some days before we noticed. I checked the dashboard, but all settings seems fine to me. Thanks in advance for your wisdom!

Levelling up has suddenly stopped

Hey everyone, I am facing an issue in the levelling system in my server. I had initially transferred the MEE6 levelling data to Pepe successfully and the levelling up was fine for a while, until a few days back levelling up had stopped suddenly and no level roles were being assigned. On checking the dashboard, the XPs were not changing. Can someone please help me out with this?

Role and channel specific xp

If someone has a role that has a specific multiplier, but also sends a message in a channel with a specific multiplier - is it gonna calculate them both or is the role gonna overwrite the Xp given by the channel?
