Leveling not working

hey guys, i was trying to set up leveling on my server, but it has not been working. the only way that any member has been able to gain xp is from the /xp command. i have none of the whitelist/blacklist settings enabled or any other for that matter but no one is able to gain xp. any ideas on how to fix this?

Dashboard - Leveling Multiplier in forum channels

I want to add leveling multiplier in a forum channel, but somehow the channel name doesn't appear in the options. Only text channel. Is it possible to add that? Thanks...

Auto role removes roles

For Carl I have sticky roles set up (to prevent people from un muteing themselves and so they have all their roles back when they rejoin) I have all bots that have auto role to give a "member" role when someone joins. (In case if one bit goes down, others can still add the role) But Pepe manager removes Carl's sticky roles.

xp is extremely different from mee6 xp even though we imported xp and set the xp multiplier

on 12.11.2022 we added pepe manager to replace mee6 because our premium ran out and we wanted the level roles. we still kept mee6 on the server though to see if pepe manager is giving out xp correctly. we imported the mee6 xp (https://i.imgur.com/MuBIqPe.png) and set the multiplier to 0.65 like it says on the website (https://i.imgur.com/YEUkyZf.png). but now some users have extremely different levels in mee6 and pepe manager like shown in the attachment. how can i fix this?

issue setting up new server.

I used Pepemanager on my old server and now with my new one i'm running into set up issues. Using the dashboard I have it all set up and nothing is happening with the discord in accordance to what I have set up. (Leveling, multipliers, black/white list.) Nobody was gaining XP I read the documentation and made sure levels were enabled, and then did the leveling channels. Do I have to do everything through discord commands now instead of using the dashboard?...

How can i export the leveling leaderboard or how do I import a leaderboard from a different server

Hey everyone, I have a question. I want to import the Mee6 leaderboard from an old server to a new one. I already imported the Mee6 leaderboard on the old server to pepe manager, but i dont know how to export the leaderboard now, becaues there is no command on the documentation, or I am to dumb to find it. Or how can I import the leaderboard directly to my new server, with the slash command I cant find an option to import from an other server. Sportisti

My members do not receive level roles.

Hey there! So it's been a couple of days and I tried everything the docs said but for some reason, when my members reach level 5, instead of receiving the role Level 5, they instead get a message saying that they reached level 5, but they don't get the role. Any thoughts on why?

I have been trying to import xp from mee6, but it wont let me, I have tried kicking and inviting back the bot, putting the bot's role above mee6 Any solutions?...
