Not being able to save changes on multipliers tab
Hello everyone, thank you so much for you help, you have been extremely supportive.
It turns out every time I try to save changes on the multiplier's tab, it doesn't save the changes. It says saved but it doesn't save. I was wondering what kind of solution you have for this!. Thank you!!
I already tried opening a different browser, resetting the configurations and still no solution...

Unable To Import levels from Polaris
Hello, we have been trying to import the XP data with level rewards included fron Polaris. We have gotten errors every time on the dashboard and with the command as shown in the images. We firstly thought it was because of hirearchy or something so we moved the role above, but the issue still appears. I saw there was a similar issue around a week ago, but it was more about the leaderboard from what I understood. I'm just wondering of y'all have any idea on why this happens, and if there is a pos...

How to enable multiple blacklists/whitelist channels at once?
The bot says channels but I can't set multiple of them.
Solution:
You should be able to add multiple channels into the same commmand. So for example
/config set Leveling Channels #bot-commands, #counting
"Failed to save settings. There is likely an issue with your configuration." on Leveling Tab
The bot doesn't allow me to save settings on the Leveling Dashboard. Everything worked at first and all of a sudden it didn't let me save change on the leveling dashboards. All other dashboards/tabs work correctly and let me save properly .
I have already tried, unlinking the bot, reset all settings, delete bot. Nothing has worked...

Unable to import levels from MEE6
Trying to import levels data from MEE6 and being given an error. I'm setting the "Import all users until level" number to 20, but when i press "import" and confirm, it's setting it back to 5 and throwing the error as seen in the screenshot. I'm not sure if that's what's causing the error, but of course I can't try again for another hour. Can you help please?

Level up message factor not showing/saving on the dashboard
when i put in a number for this factor level, then clicked save, the number disappeared and i think before the recent update, it definitely didn't save it. I don't know if it's supposed to be like this or if it's fixed.

I saw this, but I do have a question because we've been looking for another XP bot for a while after Polaris (the xp bot we use) was announced to be discontinued. At least 4-5k members with a fair amount of xp (over 14k total members) and I have the xp file in a .json, but the format is just user id and xp. It'd be really labour intensive to convert it. We could roll clean, because that's the only other option we have it seems. We haven't gotten around to inviting the bot yet as we're still looking at bots but this was one of the more promising ones that we've seen.

Bot could not find any of the roles provided when setting Leveling Role Rewards
I have tried looking through the support website and I found nothing about this. When I use /config set [option] Setup Leveling Role Rewards [values] (and then the leveling role 1) , it does the popup "The level that will receive the roles". When I put in "1" (which is level I want the role given to), it "Could not find any of the roles provided." I don't know how to fix this.
