Level Roles
So I just realized that whenever I added Pepe Manager back almost 2,5 years ago now, it for some reason didn't get the privileges to manage roles. I imported the levels from MEE6 and removed its ability to reward roles on level-up back then, therefore no member has been getting their level roles.
I searched and saw that CmdData mentioned that it's not possible to sync everyone's roles for performance reasons. So now I'm wondering what the best course of action is to assign members to the appropriate roles. Do I just have to let it be, and wait for members to reach the next tier?

Solution
Yes, if your members keep chatting and gaining XP/Leveling up they will automatically synchronize assuming the permissions/hierarchy is set correctly.
