Why does my program say my class doesn't have a member function?

Why is my cout formating not working?

for some reason my cout is not filling with periods . but the three underscores still show up. Not sure why the program is skipping fill.

why can't I use cinRef.getline()?

I have to read a name from a csv file using this method. Is there a reason why i cant just use cinRef.getline() or am I calling the getline method incorrectly?

Not sure why I am getting a segementation fault in the matrix but locally i can run my program

apparently after calling set i get a segementation fault. It runs fine locally, idk if i have to validate the value before setting or is there something im missing

My sort function is working but it doesnt match the exact way the matrix checker sorts.

my function sorts correctly by population size but when two values equal the same it puts the p5e postal code above the E7C postal code. Is there a way i can fix this so it shifts the postal code by just checking the population values? I used selection sort to sort the array...

Uniformly Distributed Random Function in c?

Trying to implement a function to approximate the value of pi, for which to be accurate I need uniformly distributed random numbers(float). Any hints on how I would go about implementing that?

How do i debug Memory leaks

Not sure why I am getting an error here

I did some more debugging and im running into an error at this section of my code. This is the error i got, im not sure why. I think it might be because im not storing the values to the dynamic memory properly.

I dont know why i am getting a segementation fault here

I used the lldb debugger and its saying my segmentation fault is occuring on this line, not sure why. I thought by check to see if the value is not a nullptr then i can continue to deallocate the dynamic memory
